W / ↑: accelerate. S / ↓: brake.A D / ← →: steer. Space / Shift: press while turning above 27 km/h to commit to a drift. Release for a three-tier boost. Each white meter window rewards a perfect release; holding into the red overheats your tires and loses speed. Off-road driving or hard braking breaks the drift.
Q: spend your stored Focus Boost. Clean high-speed driving and perfect drifts charge it; crashes and off-road driving break an unfinished chain. Save a full charge for the straight.E: use your collected item. R: return to the track with a speed penalty. H: toggle auto throttle (you still steer). V: switch between chase, hood and overhead cameras.
Capsules give you a boost, shield or trap. A shield timed within 0.65 seconds before a trap hit gives a counter boost and extra Focus. Holding it early protects you but misses that reward. Clean racing lines and well-timed boosts win races. Follow the arrows and pass through every track sector.
You can also use a gamepad: left stick to steer, R2 to accelerate, L2 to brake, A to drift, X to use an item and Y to spend Focus. Select resets the kart. On a phone, use the on-screen buttons.
Rookie, Street and Expert change every CPU’s decisions, never vehicle statistics. Street is the default. Time trial: an open track, three laps, Focus and drifts but no item capsules. Watch your sector delta to beat your best clean lap. Your total three-lap time is verified by the server. Garage progress is saved on this device and unlocks titles without changing your speed.
